In this workshop it is not what we tell you that counts but what you experience. We will provide the space for you to explore how you can make meditation work in your busy life through simple and effective techniques. The result will be a sense of awakening that has the potential to renew and invigorate your passion for life.
Join us and spend a day and a half learning a meditation that can be the foundation of your practice. This workshop will be hosted at a lovely, quiet retreat, held in a yurt surrounded by plants and meandering paths. To help participants stay connected to the weekend and build a personal meditation practice, we are including a weekly group meditation and discussion for four weeks after the course to help solidify a new habit.
